After using windscreen washer your wipers will automatically move 3-4 times. Then after few seconds one additional move is initialized by the controller to remove fluids that might drip down from area unreachable for the wipers.
Wiper blades preservation

If your front wipers are engaged and you put your car into reverse gear, your rear wiper will automatically turn on.
Service position
