Procedure

Disassembly

1. Remove bolt from the filling port
2. Remove drain bolt
3. Disconnect the pump connector on the Haldex control unit
4. Remove two 10mm bolts holding the pump from the assembly
5. Remove the pump from the assembly

Cleaning

1. Clean any visible contamination from the Haldex assembly
2. Remove two philips screw holding the strainer on the pump
3. Clean the strainer from any visible contamination
4. Install the strainer back on the pump
5. Replace two seals on the pump

Assembly

1. Install the pump back in the Haldex assembly
2. Connect the pump connector on the Haldex control unit
3. Install the drain bolt
4. Fill the Haldex assembly with fluid until it overflows
5. Install the bolt on the filling port

System priming

1. Module 22 (AWD) → Output Test → Haldex Clutch Actuation → Close
2. Remove bolt from the filling port
3. If needed add fluid until it overflows
4. Install the bolt on the filling port

Basic Settings

1. Module 22 (AWD) → Basic Settings → Pump Motor → All Adaption Values
